Catalase Liquid

Catalase is an enzyme that decomposes hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) into water (H₂O) and oxygen (O₂)

2H₂O₂ —(catalase)→ 2H₂O + O₂

We manufacture catalase using selected of bacillus subtilis, chosen for their high productivity and ease of large-scale cultivation. This approach ensures efficient enzyme production with consistent quality. The catalase produced has significant industrial applications, particularly in wastewater treatment and textile processing, where it helps remove residual hydrogen peroxide and reduces environmental impact.

Textile Industry

• Used to remove residual hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) after bleaching fabrics.
• Ensures fabric is safe for dyeing without damaging fibers.
• Replaces harsh chemical neutralizers → more eco-friendly.

Wastewater Treatment

• Breaks down hydrogen peroxide present in industrial effluents.
• Prevents environmental pollution.
